Welcome
I am Neil Cordell, a London based photographer and welcome to my photographic web site. I have created this site so I can share a selection of my photographs with friends, colleagues and anyone else with a passion for photography.

Vancouver and Cairo were a massive contrast - Vancouver is a city that I have visted many times but hardly photographed before. On the other hand, I had never been to Cairo before and went there for a weekend explicitly to photograph this historic city.
In July 2010, I went on a great trip on Steve Davey's Photo Tour to India visiting Delhi, Ladakh, Manali & Dharamsala. My images can be found in four galleries focus on People & Place encountered along the way, Travel in India including the journey along the Leh - Manali highway, Religion in India at various temples & monasteries and Tak Thok Tse Chu festival in Ladakh.
The summer of 2010, I photographed all the elephants that have appeared on the London streets and you can see the results in Elephant Parade 2010. They have definitely brightened up the streets and have become a talking point. I have now created a self-published book called Hunting Elephants on the Streets which contains photographs of every elephant and available from Blurb.
